You can not only add pages to your dropdown menus, but links to categories & anchor links. You can add existing pages to the dropdown by dragging them into place.

To add a new page or link to the folder:

I Can’t Click on the Dropdown Title!

One thing you might find strange with Squarespace drop down menus is that the title or top level navigation doesn’t actually link to anything. This isn’t a problem if you are making a drop down menu of all your service pages. But, if you are making a menu of your blog categories you probably still want to link to the main blog page.

To get around this problem I use code created by Beatriz Caraballo.

Beatriz has written this awesome tutorial that explains everything (she is seriously great at explaining code). If you are interested in knowing how make your drop down menu fully clickable, I fully recommend!
