Grove is the website package for people who prefer a little breathing (or thinking) space. You may have outgrown your current website, or need more space for multiple offers. With 3-5 weeks, Grove allows us to strategize & collaborate more on your website, considering the layout of your offers, and adding unique styling & functionality with advanced code.

Our Process

01.

CONNECT
First, let’s chat about your website project. You can ask any questions (I’ll ask some too), find out about my availability and we can get to know each other. Then we’ll move on to the contract & deposit so that you can lock in your design date (the date your build starts).
02.

PREP
Now it’s time to gather and create your website content. You’ll receive my content guide with helpful tips on images & text, as well as copy prompts to get your writing started. I will also send you my website questionnaire so that I can find out more about your style, your company and your goals for your website.
03.

BUILD
We’ll kick off your website build with a strategy call where we talk about your questionnaire answers, and discuss all the fun things like style, colours and fonts.
Now you can sit back and relax while I start building your website.
04.

REVISE
It’s time to get your first look at your new website. We’ll go over your homepage together to make sure it aligns with your vision. Once that is approved, I’ll build the rest of the site. You will have 2-3 rounds of revisions (depending on your package) for the whole site to make sure everything is just right.
05.

LAUNCH
Once your final revisions have been approved, it’s time to launch. We’ll have a personalized Squarespace lesson on Zoom where I’ll show you all around your new site. I’ll make sure you understand how to update and maintain it.
Then, it’s time to launch your site and celebrate!

Frequently Asked Questions

Just schedule your free consultation call. Then, I’ll send you a proposal, followed by an invoice & contract to secure your design date. After the contract is signed you’ll get all the info to help you prepare for the website build.
Booking as early as possible is the best plan as my build slots can fill up.
Generally, I recommend booking at least 4 weeks out in order to leave yourself time to get your branding, write your website text, gather your images and complete my questionnaire.
You will need to provide your own images, website text & branding.
For branding please provide logo and colours, plus any other material that your branding designer has provided such as a mood board or guidelines. If you don’t have branding you can purchase a Mini Brand Add On.
For images you’ll need a great headshot. You may also want some professional branding images and/or some stock photos. It’s always a great idea to provide a few extras!
For your website copy or text I provide a content planner with tips and prompts to help you write your text. I will do some editing and recommendations during the build. If you’d prefer to work with a professional I am happy refer you to some great copywriters.
I do offer a Mini Brand add on, which includes a wordmark logo, a favicon (the browser icon), colour palette with hex codes (no pantone codes) and a guide with the fonts & colours used in your logo and on your website.
For more in depth branding (which I recommend) I’m happy to connect you to some really great branding designers.
Yes. Generally, it is %50 when you book and %50 on the launch date. You can also choose to pay %25 when you book, %25 on our start date and %50 on the launch date.
Yes, absolutely!
I’ve designed WordPress, Wix and Weebly websites, but I kept coming back to Squarespace.
I really think it’s the most user friendly platform out there. Squarespace makes it easy for my clients to blog or update images on their site. I also like that Squarespace handles the backend of the website for you, so there’s no need to worry about updates or the security of your site. Plus, let’s face it – Squarespace makes beautiful sites that look great on every device.
